How It Works

STEP 1
Email Us

We invite you to reach out to us at Support@fbaprepny.com for any inquiries or assistance. Upon contacting us, you will be assigned a dedicated personal account manager who will expertly guide you through the process, address your questions with promptness, and ensure a tailored response within 24 hours.

STEP 2
Direct Shipment from Your Supplier

Should you wish to send your inventory directly from your supplier's warehouse for FBA preparation, our NEW YORK -based prep center is fully equipped to receive and handle your shipments. Upon receipt of your products, we will promptly notify you via email, ensuring seamless communication and transparency throughout the process.
STEP 3
Inventory Inspection

Upon receipt of your inventory at our Amazon FBA Prep and Inspection facility, it will undergo a rigorous and meticulous inspection process. Our sales manager will promptly furnish you with a detailed report regarding the shipment’s arrival, outlining any discrepancies in unit quantities or instances of damage. In the event of damaged goods, photographic documentation will be provided as part of this comprehensive report, ensuring absolute transparency and precision in our communication.
STEP 4
Inform Us of Your Prep Requirements

Before the FBA preparation process commences, our sales team will provide you with the precise box dimensions for each item. This allows you to conveniently select the necessary preparation requirements from a tailored drop-down menu. STEP 5
Preparation & Labelling

During this phase, your products are expertly prepped according to Amazon’s stringent standards, and once completed, you will be promptly notified that your inventory is ready for shipment.

Amazon FBA Shipping

Your order will be dispatched directly to Amazon's fulfillment centers using Amazon’s partnered FBA shipping services, including UPS or LTL pickup.
